Run data for the SVG and vector editing comparison

The files behind the comparison page: the probe (inkbolt_probe.py with its MCP client mcp_session.py), the input SVGs, each run's results, the tool catalogues, the published outputs and the searches. Run the probe with python -I inkbolt_probe.py <inkbolt executable> <path of a folder that doesn't exist yet> diagram.svg out.json; it creates the folder.
